I have been taking Mirtazapine for about two weeks now. I have noticed that I have become more aggressive and angry lately. Is this a known side effect of the medicine?

It is very unlikely that the medicine is causing the change in behaviour.
However, if you are suffering from depression and similar issues, it can sometimes manifest as irritability and anger.

A lot of things can be causing anger and aggression. Taking Mirtazepine cannot cause aggression and anger. It is better to review again with a psychiatrist at the earliest
