Palpitations, along with the urge to vomit, can have various causes, and it's essential to consult with a medical professional to get an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment. However, here are a few possible explanations for your symptoms: 1. Anxiety or Stress: Anxiety and stress can manifest as palpitations and gastrointestinal discomfort, including the urge to vomit. When you talk to someone, it might distract your mind and temporarily alleviate the symptoms. 2. Gastrointestinal Issues: Certain gastrointestinal conditions like acid reflux, gastritis, or even an empty stomach in the morning can cause nausea and the sensation of wanting to vomit. Palpitations might be a result of the associated discomfort. To address your symptoms effectively, consider scheduling an appointment with a healthcare professional. In the meantime, you can try some self-care measures that might help alleviate your symptoms: - Practice stress management techniques like deep breathing exercises, meditation, or yoga. - Eat a balanced diet and avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. - Stay hydrated throughout the day. - Avoid triggers like caffeine, alcohol, etc - Ensure you're getting enough quality sleep each night.

Hi there, It’s always better to have a physician opinion in such cases. You may need investigations like ECG, Thyroid profile etc. If medical causes are ruled out, Psychiatrist’s help can be taken. Do take the help of a physician as soon as possible.
