Heart palpitations and body shivering
It has been a year I am suffering from depression and anxiety issues but the symptoms I was facing was only feeling fatigue and eventually i started feeling palpitation and shivering in hands legs too and fatigue too ,was having acid reflux fr long tym thn doctor prescribed me some antidepressants I take thm for just 2 months was feeling better but I dnt wanna take thm so I stopped ...now it has been a month again am having palpitation so suddenly my pulse rate is above 100 while resting sometimes it's 125 , in  a week have max 5 days whn I feel palpitation so sudden...I dnt wanna take any kind of pills..can u pls tell me wht shld i do my ecg x ray all is normal' all I had is palpitation fatigue pulse rate seems high ...so plz suggest me something which I cn do myslf without consulting a dr

The body and mind are deeply connected, and what you’re describing—palpitations, fatigue, tremors, reflux—are often the body’s way of responding to unresolved anxiety that builds up over time. It’s good that you responded well to medication, but it’s also okay to want to manage things naturally. That means we’ll have to build a routine that gives your body and mind the same support that medication would. Start small but consistently. Practice deep diaphragmatic breathing 3–4 times a day—this alone helps activate the vagus nerve, calming the heart and reducing adrenaline. Add progressive muscle relaxation before bed to release physical tension. A daily walk in nature or even 15 mins of light yoga helps regulate cortisol levels. Reduce caffeine, sugar, and screen time at night. Lastly, start a structured CBT journal to challenge anxious thoughts—write the trigger, your thought, your fear, and then a rational alternative. If you can commit to this daily for 30 days, you’ll notice a shift. You can do this without medication—but you’ll need to make your self-care your medicine. A natural course of depression is about 6-9 months. You stopped treatment too early. If anxiety symptoms are too distressing, you have to take medicine. You can do breathing exercises, mindfulness, relaxation exercises, behavioural activation but it takes a lot of time to respond.

Thank you for taking help from a psychiatrist.   I can understand your situation and your problem. You may have Major depressive disorder. There is non-pharmacological management for Depression, you should try to follow the below guidelines to deal with it. It will help you. You should do exercises daily for 30 - 45 minutes, like at least going for a walk. It will help you to uplift your mood. You should do meditation for 20 minutes daily. Just sit in one place in a comfortable position and try to concentrate on your normal breathing. Don't stop or force yourself to stop your thoughts; just let it be. It will help you to relax and reduce palpitations. You should eat healthy home-cooked foods and avoid junk foods. You must drink enough water. You should spend quality time with friends and family daily. You should spend time on creative hobbies like reading good books, writing journals, painting, drawing, and learning new skills or language or musical instruments. You should take enough 7 - 8 hours of sleep daily. You must avoid tobacco, alcohol, or any substance abuse. Live your life, don't just spend it. Be bold and confident. If you still have symptoms that persist after following the advice for  4 to 6 weeks, then you need to restart Antidepressants for at least 6 to 9 months. Do the following investigation CBC, RBS, Thyroid profile, Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D3 I hope that you get your answer. Please, let me know if you want some help. Thank you.
