Thyroid hormone levels have been scientifically proven to affect mood and mental health. Abnormal thyroid function can mimic psychiatric complaints and lead to difficulty in treatment therefore testing is preferred if there’s some indication. Above shown report appears to be within normal limits but clinical correlation is always necessary.
