Stress,binge eating & lack concentration
I am mbbs graduate. Everyone in my family r overachievers & I m taking drop for neet pg .cannot handle this stress now .becoz of that I do binge eating n my concentration is also lacking . I can't share it with anyone I don't know what to do!

Hello I can only feel how distressing it would be for you to have this feeling of failure in an environment where failing seems just an insult. Don't be hard on yourself.  This period is also a learning period for you not just academics but learning life too. If the distress you're feeling is excessive to hamper with your function, kindly consult so that detailed evaluation is done and appropriate treatment started.
