Hello, the symptoms described by you here are low mood, mood swing, poor concentration, anxiety/stress,  headache and forgetfulness. These symptoms seen together are highly likely to be related to an ongoing depressive episode. My strong suggestion for you is to seek a psychiatric consultation near you for comprehensive assessment and further management. Treatment by methods of medication and psychological intervention is going to help you. Specifically in presence of diabetes mellitus type2, a comprehensive medical and psychological assessment is required.. Di not delay help seeking, and try and get yourselves back to your previous self.. Hope this helps you.. Best wishes for your health..

I feel there is a reason for your stress which is not resolved over a period.Seek some family help or with some friends if you feel you can share. Otherwise do consult a Psychologist in your city and resolve your issues because it would be a neutralized listening and not labeling what you didn't do???

Hello, your symptoms may be a part of depression. This may happen due to various causes like chronic or acute stress, genetic causes or neurochemical imbalance. Do visit a psychiatrist at the earliest and get yourself evaluated and treated.
