Hi, certainly everyone goes through these feelings at some point or the other. Its more important how we cope and learn. Why dont you approach a psychologist for a few sessions? Make sure it is someone who helps you develop your coping skills effectively. Best of luck! :)

Good morning,  yes all those are definitely not a good sign to be happy. I would suggest you to visit a Psychologist ànd by  sharing with them all those feelings and incidents  you maybe able to get a clarity and handle those irritation.

See a Psychologist....he/she will help you without medicine....but you definitely need therapy.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Its normal for people to feel such things, just some counselling will be required.
