Overthinking and mood swings and no conf
I am constantly suffering from overthinking. Frequently think about what people say. I lack ignoring things that repeat in my mind. Get angry at silly things. Plz help. My behaviour has drastically changed. If anything hurts me I think of it repeatedly. I have lots of child hood memories that had impact on my behaviour. I try to be perfectionist and if not done get irritated. Plz help.

I get what you are going through. Your overthinking amd getting irritable at small things could be a part of underlying stress/ anxiety / depression etc . You will need proper psychiatric evaluation to understand what all issues are leading to this problem. You might or might not require medications. Based of assessment, doctor will be able to diagnose and manage your symptoms

The whole reason for your you know, resentment, anxiety or stress is deeply rooted in the childhood issues. What we have gone through impacts our current present and marks of future. So to resolve that we need to talk about the things that have happened in the past if that is impact on you and how much and try to resolve it at true cognitive behaviour therapy, trust me, you can get better. Cognitive behavioral therapy will help you along with anti anxiety medication. Consult a Psychiatrist. Anybody can go through your condition when they have some not so good childhood experiences.

You need to understand which memories and emotions you're holding on to and then let go of them. Medications help this by calming the person down and helping them think more rationally.
