Frequent mood swings
My mood swings are not related to my periodic cycle. I get irritated by small disturbances like colleagues behaviour( sneezing), or food. I like to be alone most of the times.i get demotivated by my career progress. I feel energized for my work for a short duration but it turns gloomy again. i hope its not depression?

Based on your description, it could indeed be depression. However, certain physical causes of mood disturbances need to be ruled out before a conclusion can be drawn. I suggest that you see a psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and appropriate management. Remember, help is around the corner. Take care.
