Hi Relationship issues caused by insecurities and mood swings are very common, and they don’t mean you’re a bad partner or incapable of having a healthy relationship. Often, these reactions come from unresolved emotional patterns, fear of abandonment, overthinking, or difficulty regulating emotions in stressful moments. When moods fluctuate, even small situations can feel overwhelming and lead to misunderstandings, conflicts, or guilt later on. The good part is that this can be worked on. Therapy helps you understand where these insecurities are coming from, how to manage mood swings, and how to respond instead of react in relationships. With the right support, relationships can feel calmer, safer, and more fulfilling. Take therapy. You can connect with me on nine two six six seven two six zero six five.

Mood swings and insecurities can be worked on with the right support. I’d suggest a proper psychiatric assessment to understand triggers, along with therapy (like CBT) to improve emotional regulation and relationship patterns. Medication is only considered if clinically needed. With treatment, people do improve.
