Hi please see your psychiatrist again and explain the issues you are facing with the prescribed medications. They may be able to give you an alternative. You can always choose to see a different doctor if you’re not satisfied with the care. You will definitely have to consider having a full evaluation again as the information provided is not enough. Symptoms of anxiety can include gastric pain or increased bowel or bladder frequency. They will need to be treated. Medications are the cheapest and fastest way to address this.
