Sir I fee top head heavy after afternoon sleep why this happen am scared...it's give me anxiety and stress always thinking why this happen after sleep my head feel werid and heavy and feeling like expload

A detailed medical and psychiatric history is always needed for every patient. In addition, a detailed mental status examination is also recommended for every patient to com for a diagnosis and its management accordingly. How long you have been suffering? Are you sleeping well in the night? No such complaints happening after wards? Do go for medical examination like Blood pressure,Sugar and some others too. I would also recommend an EEG and Eye examination for your problems.
