These medications are appropriate for social anxiety but for full recovery, dose needs to be optimised and also treatment needs to be taken for adequate duration. In some cases, one medication doesn't work, so treatment needs to be changed. What's most appropriate for you needs to be looked for, kindly take consultation for that.

When it comes to anxiety and hand tremors, there are several medications and treatment options that a doctor might consider. Alongside medication, therapy can be extremely beneficial. Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches can help manage anxiety and its physical symptoms.
Sometimes, adjustments to your lifestyle, including regular exercise, a balanced diet, sufficient sleep, and stress management techniques like meditation and deep breathing, can have a positive impact on anxiety and tremors.
Next Steps
It's important to work closely with a mental health professional or a doctor to determine the best course of action for your specific situation. They can assess your symptoms, provide a proper diagnosis, and recommend the most appropriate treatment plan, which might involve adjustments to your current medication regimen or trying different approaches. It's also important to discuss any potential side effects or concerns you have with your healthcare provider.
