My brother is not talking and not sleeping for the past 5 to 6 days.. and also not eating. What should I do? We tried talking.. but he is only talking negative things.

Whenever i feel sad, or feel like crying. I become anxious and get pain in my chest, as if something is being held tight.. i cant breathe properly, my breathing becomes heavy.. . The pain keeps increasing and i end up screaming.. It feels as if I will get a heart attack and i cant control it. This usually happens at night.. during day time, i somehow manage the anxiety.. but at night, i just lose control over it.. and I have been facing this issue a lot past few months.. initially it was mild and the anxiety would stop after sometime.. now the pain stays until i fall asleep. At times the pain spreads to my hand. It just scares me. I dont know what i should do.

Hello medam / sir, In first month OCD medication did not observed any change i used below tablets Fluvoxin CR 100 mg Clonil 10 mg clonojoy  0.25 mg clozbeta 10 mg Currently iam using 2nd month OCD medication using below tablets FluTop 20 mg Clonil 25 mg clonojoy 0.25 mg clozbeta 10 mg 2nd month medicene are good or not  will get change ?

I have serious anxiety issue. Can't sleep every night. Feelings stressed all the time and overthinking.

I have been facing anxiety and panic attacks for 3 months due to which I am unable to sleep and get nightmares.

Doc prescribed Axepta-18 and axepta-10 mg, it's not working like I expect, I read of r/adhd that you will unlock your true potential on adhd meds. I know it is non stimulant and I have been using it for 4 months now. Is this normal? I asked, he said try it for 1 more month and then come on, it continues till 3 months, now he added 10 ng axepta too(18 mg earlier). 28 mg axepta and said came after 1 month. In starting he gave me 6 mg axepta after 14 days 18mg and after 3 months he again increased the dose to 28 mg. He isn't prescribing me stimulant either. But he isn't listening to me either. He says that I shouldn't think about adhd or whatever disorder I have. I just religiously followed it and then he  added up that he doesn't want me to visit his clinic too much, he doesn't want me to be dependent rather I should work on coping mechanisms.

I have been taking nexito plus for a month. Which pain killer can I take with it for headache? Can I take aspirin or paracetamol?

Can 13 year old boy can take fluoxetine 20 mg once in a day and Respirodone 0.5 mg at night and melzap 0.25 twice in a day?? My psychiatrist has advised this Will there be any side effects??

My father is 64 yr old and He suddenly bursts on past issues. He keeps thinking about only these and after every few days he bursts out. We assure him that no one has anything against him. Still he feels down and thinks no one supports him. Out Bursts are at night post 12am
