Panic Attack: A panic attack is a sudden and intense episode of fear or anxiety that can come on rapidly. It is a response to a perceived threat, even if there is no actual danger present. Symptoms of a panic attack can include: Rapid heartbeat or palpitations Shortness of breath or feeling unable to breathe Sweating Trembling or shaking Tingling or numbness in extremities Feelings of dizziness or lightheadedness Chest pain or discomfort Fear of losing control or going crazy Fear of dying Chills or hot flashes Focal Seizure: A focal seizure (also known as a partial seizure) is a neurological event caused by abnormal electrical activity in a specific part of the brain. It can result in various symptoms depending on which area of the brain is affected. Symptoms can be motor (involving movement), sensory (involving sensations), autonomic (involving functions like heart rate and digestion), or psychic (involving emotions or thoughts). Some common symptoms of focal seizures include: Muscle twitching or jerking, often affecting one side of the body Numbness, tingling, or other unusual sensations Changes in vision or hearing Altered sense of taste or smell Confusion or altered awareness Uncontrolled repetitive movements Automatisms (repetitive actions like lip smacking or hand rubbing) Emotional or cognitive changes Differentiation and Seeking Medical Advice: While some symptoms of panic attacks and focal seizures may overlap, there are distinct differences. Panic attacks are often triggered by psychological factors such as stress or anxiety, whereas focal seizures are caused by abnormal brain activity. The symptoms you described could potentially be associated with either condition, but a medical professional is the best person to determine the cause. If you experience episodes of weakness, tingling, rapid heart rate, sweating, and giddiness after chewing tobacco, it's important to consult a healthcare provider. They can perform a thorough evaluation, take your medical history into account, and conduct any necessary tests to determine whether these symptoms are related to panic attacks, focal seizures, or another underlying medical issue. It's always recommended to seek professional medical advice for a proper diagnosis and appropriate treatment.

Both are different things and in your case it doesn't seem to be any of the two. I think you have caffeine intoxication, when you chew strong tobacco and May be some  underlying anxiety which need to be treated
