Taking tryptomer 25 mg Lonazep 0.5 etizola beta 0.5 all, after dinner but atill not, able to sleep why?

I have anxiety, i can not take medicine, i have some problems with medicine, i have control panic attack and i doing breathing exercises and meditation, but i have now one problem that I can not sleep more than 4 to 5 hours and sometimes 2 to 3 hours. What to do. Can I use liver tonic or cyproheptadine hydrochloride and tricholine citrate syrup For sleep or anything else. Plz tell me??

Hello medam / sir , For OCD which is best therapy Deep TMS or  rTMS ? If we do 20 sessions of Deep TMS then OCD will be permeanently cure  ? Can you please tell sir ?

I m suffering from IBS since 2014 and was earlier diagnosed with OCD. Currently I am taking the following 3 medicines since 2.5 years & have approx. 70 % improvement 1) SERTRALINE   100 MG  (1.0.1) 2)PAROXETINE    12.5 MG  (0.0.1) 3) RESPERIDONE    .5 MG (0.0.1) Now my questions are: 1) How much more time will I will take to completely overcome from both OCD &  SOMATIC SYMPTOMS. 2) Are medicines enough to completely overcome these symptoms (OCD & SOMATIC).

Hello, I am highly carcinophobic and even in fever I feel it's leukemia and check muscles pain, swollen lymph nodes and bruises. Sometimes these symptoms are gross. I am taking meds, but still I get these symptoms sometimes.

I read about cancer.. it said that in cancer someone become weak and have weight loss... i dont reduce weight.. but other people said that i become weak by looks.. now i have tingling feeling in my hand and feet.. and sometimes feel black out when i stand up.. now i feel that i have cancer? What to do to stop this thought

I am feeling anxious and sick from 2 days cause I stop the the medicine ( escitqlopram 10 + clonazopalm .5). I want to leave the medicine so i stop but i cant afford What should i do ? I have one also problem when i stop medicine it started night fall and after that i feel very sick and tired

I wanted to start medications for alcohol use issues. Mainly I drink heavily when stressed but it's not regular. I want to cut down on the days I drink. I also have been taking modafinil as part of my adhd medicine. Can medicines like naltrexone Or campral be prescribed online? Or do I need to see a psychiatrist to get them or a general physician can also prescribe them?

I am a 32 year old female mother of a 1.5 yr old boy. I find myself extremely lazy and unable to make decisions. Even if I decide to do something I cannot stick to it. I want to study something but don't find motivation or focus. My self esteem is very low and feel constantly hopeless. I am overweight and feel ugly. Have not joined job also after baby and don't feel like joining. Please tell me what to do. Husband always busy and I am unable to find emotional or physical connect with him.
