Hi Doctor, does a person require ssri such as nexito for anxiety and panic which only occurs when the person goes out of his home. At home he has normal functioning no anxieyy no panic. But only when have to go outside for example to grocery store or to any place other than home. Or can benzos be taken sos whenever going out. Which is better option? Please guide.

I have been taking antidepressant and anxiety medicine since last 5 years. I, do feel pain in legs whenever I take antidepressants following medications I took over the years on and off. 1. amitriptyline 2. mirtazapine 3. venizep 50 4. olanex 2.5 5. paroxetine all, above is the cause of leg pain I asked this question to doctors but they say this is due to anxiety. but leg pain increases after taking antidepressant any advice

Hi Age 30 male Current medication nebicard(5) 1-0-0 I have been struggling sleeping since last few days i have consulted a pshychiatrist he prescribed me zolcalm 5 once before sleep,is it safe to take along with nebicard 5 ( hypertension medicine) I have advised for few days,is it habit forming if i take it for 15 days?does it have any withdrawl side effects? Pls advice

Hi doctor Last mom I went to see a general physician as I was losing weight, my skill glow and not feeling well. He examined me and said I am in depression. I knew  about this, he just validated that. He gave me a medicine called tryptomer 25 mg. It worked i was at least able to sleep and my mind was relaxed but once the medicines were over after a few more days. Things went worse. I am not able to focus, concentrate, i never feel like eating, i am an overthinker but i am suffering a lot, lots of emotions are going on with me . I sometimes cry without any reason like hell. I have been facing this for a year but i was not accepting my situation. He was the general physician who gave me the medicine so should I go and consult him or look for a physiatrist? I am preparing for an MBA but not able to focus on studies, i sometimes don't want to get out of bed. It's 2am and I still can't sleep.. What should I do? Is it bcoz of overthinking only? I try not to think but can't control my mind.

Hello, I had been taking depran forte 20 for 3 months. From last 10 days I stopped it as I had the medical screening for one job. What are the withdrawal symptoms of it and how many days it lasts?...I am currently feeling tired, less energetic, sometimes dizzy. I have lot of dreams while sleeping which I never used to have even before starting the treatment. In between I took medical test as a normal routine checkup and found my Sgpt/sgot levels high so doctors suggested me to take Udiliv 150 for 7 days which I am currently taking. I don't have any fever, cold but I am feeling extremely tired. I am having have body ache in stomach, back and shoulders whenever I wake up. Feeling like there is no energy in body. What is it?...please explain me someone.

Hello Dr, i am facing panic Disorder problem for past 6 month, always i feel like I am going to died.so I have visited one psychiatrist he suggested some tablet mirtazapine 7.5 mg tablet after taking this tablet i feel very tried so I have visited another psychiatrist he suggested clonazepam 0.25 mg at night and morning escitalopram 10 mg.i am totally confused with is good medicine for me to cure my problem.. Please  assist me on this.b

Hope you are doing well, I am OCD and depression patient taking medicine from last 6 years now i am taking FLUVOXIN CR 100 DEVENIZ 50 from last 3 days also taking PLACIDA . 1.Now problem is like i dont have body all part feeling loose ,in part have no life. 2i whole day The mind remains dull, sleep comes. Previously I was in love with a girl but after entering  College,  within few months she became formal with me and I decided to leave this relationship. But in class somehow my eyes get stuck on her, I mean eye contact.How to stop this and  avoid the girl?
