My getting darker after long treatment of medicine duloxetine and desvenlafaxine is it possible because of this drugs

Can't sleep at night worst worst overthinking headache no sleep feel heavy and chest pain please help out feel un conscious

Hello, I regularly pray to god at morning but whenever i go in front of god. I start getting wrong thoughts about god such that I abuse god which am unable to control. Whenever i close my eyes to pray, wrong images start getting about god which are uncontrollable because of this I always have fear that god will punish me for this. Many times I slap myself to punish myself.  I am unable to distinguish that Do I really mean these thoughts or not?. Am I really bad person?...please tell me what is this?...this is getting worse day by day.

Ok so, I've a messed up sleep schedule for a really long time now. Like I started studying (I've to use electronics for that) till 2-3 am in the morning then eventually it got to 12 pm. So basically now I sleep at 12 or 1 pm and wake up in the evening 7-8 pm. And my head and eyes feels really weird after that. I take around 9 hrs of sleep daily. Does it have something to do with my messed up sleep schedule? I'm not taking any kind of medicines right now.

I have take serlift 50 tablet from 4 days..but after taking this medicine my acidity problem is increasing .. although I take pantocid dsr antacid but acidity is increasing...and not to sleep at night.. suddenly weak up at 4 to 3 am at night then not to sleep and fell uneasy..so can I stop this medicine .pls suggest me

2 months back my GP Prescribed me alprax .25 for sleeping I took it 4 days and then 0.125 for other 5 days then I stopped and was sleeping well but again from 4 days I'm facing the issue so I started .25 alprax from 2 days is it normal or should I stop it please help..

Conclusive ? Hiv 1-2 ag/ab p24) 4gen negative at 64 day Hiv 1-2 ag/ab p24 3rd gen negative at 48 day and 67 day Hiv 1-2 antibody test at day 72 day negative these all test are rapid tests and blood from finger.

I have strange restlessness all day. When I sleep I am okay but I wake up with this strange restlessness and it's continue till I sleep at night. It's that much difficult that I am having suicidal thoughts all day. I don't like anything which I used to like earlier. I am not doing any work only sitting and thinking. I want to live but can't live like this

I had alcohol 2 days ago, didn't hit me then. Since the past few days I've been feeling semi-drowsy, having brain fog. I have taken alcohol in the past but this hasn't happened before. I am on ADHD medication (atomoxetine) 18mg twice daily.
