Hi . Since past few months i get anxious randomly for no reason. It's like i lose control. It's there for few seconds but then it fades away. But it's hampering my daily chores. I got my thyroid tests done and it was normal. It mostly comes when I'm driving scooter.

Last 1yrs I'm suffering frm anxiety because of my daziness ND some times lose  body balance eating tablets indela la 20 mg but to the same because of dis I'm panicking going in depression can't focuse on my work I've 4 kids plz help me with dis

I have anxiety issues due to which I started feeling heaviness in my chest region which went to shoulder. My psychiatrist gave etilaam tablets for anxiety and nexito plus and altonil 5 tablets. I never had sleep issues although sometimes it became difficult for me to sleep or someday due to laziness I slept too much. I ate those meds for 10 days and got better. Now he asked me to keep etilaam as SOS Tablets and continue eating nexito 5 mg and Altonil 5 for three more weeks which are for sleep i guess. Now I have a concern that what if I get addicted to sleepong pills and later it becomes even more difficult for me to cope up without those meds?? Should I stop taking nexito and altonil since my heaviness is gone and i never had much sleep issue?

Hi All, I am suffering from health anxiety and ibs simulatenously. I have been taking medication for health anxiety and panic attacks from last 4 years. I have been examined thoroughly with blood tests ecg and mri by doctor and tests have confirmed there is no physical condition except for cholestrol for which i am taking Aztor 10. Aztor 20 was prescribed initally now lipid profile is under control. Consulting psychiatrist is not always available and hence i want to change my treating doctor. Will it effect anything if i change my doctor due to unavailability or do i need to stick to the same. Please provide your valuable suggestions

Hi Doctor, does a person require ssri such as nexito for anxiety and panic which only occurs when the person goes out of his home. At home he has normal functioning no anxieyy no panic. But only when have to go outside for example to grocery store or to any place other than home. Or can benzos be taken sos whenever going out. Which is better option? Please guide.

I have been taking antidepressant and anxiety medicine since last 5 years. I, do feel pain in legs whenever I take antidepressants following medications I took over the years on and off. 1. amitriptyline 2. mirtazapine 3. venizep 50 4. olanex 2.5 5. paroxetine all, above is the cause of leg pain I asked this question to doctors but they say this is due to anxiety. but leg pain increases after taking antidepressant any advice

Hi Age 30 male Current medication nebicard(5) 1-0-0 I have been struggling sleeping since last few days i have consulted a pshychiatrist he prescribed me zolcalm 5 once before sleep,is it safe to take along with nebicard 5 ( hypertension medicine) I have advised for few days,is it habit forming if i take it for 15 days?does it have any withdrawl side effects? Pls advice

Hi doctor Last mom I went to see a general physician as I was losing weight, my skill glow and not feeling well. He examined me and said I am in depression. I knew  about this, he just validated that. He gave me a medicine called tryptomer 25 mg. It worked i was at least able to sleep and my mind was relaxed but once the medicines were over after a few more days. Things went worse. I am not able to focus, concentrate, i never feel like eating, i am an overthinker but i am suffering a lot, lots of emotions are going on with me . I sometimes cry without any reason like hell. I have been facing this for a year but i was not accepting my situation. He was the general physician who gave me the medicine so should I go and consult him or look for a physiatrist? I am preparing for an MBA but not able to focus on studies, i sometimes don't want to get out of bed. It's 2am and I still can't sleep.. What should I do? Is it bcoz of overthinking only? I try not to think but can't control my mind.
