Tryptomer 10 for IBD
I am suffering from IBD and taking steroids for the same and couldn't sleep at night ..recently doctor gave amitone 10 ..can I take it long term for Good sleep at night or can be taken only for short term for sleep disturbance in  active IBD

You can take it for long term provided it is not leading to constipation. If it suits you, it is safe for good sleep in long term.

Yes you can take for long time.but review with your doctor every month for next 6months.then slowly id symptoms reduce then we can reduce and stop
