Talking to myself
I have a habit of talking to myself , I don't know whether it is correct or not , but whenever I face mirror or walk on road alone or roaming , thoughts come in my mind and I express them through speaking , when I think something I say it through mouth to myself. Now it is getting embarrassing Am I mentally sound ??
