Since when you are facing this? The timeline is important for the diagnosis. Is there any acute stress/chronic stress/traumatic event/workplace toxicity /family issues/expectation-reality mismatch/physical issues occurring in your life currently. If yes, please meet a psychologist along with all the history.

I understand It sounds like you’re really overwhelmed right now the constant crying, anger, and negative thoughts suggest your mind is under heavy emotional strain. When everything starts feeling negative, it often means your system is exhausted and your mind is trying to release what it’s been holding in. Try not to judge these feelings; instead, see them as signals that you need care and grounding. Take small steps slow breathing, journaling what you feel, or simply talking to someone supportive can help calm the storm a little. You don’t have to go through this alone; these feelings can be worked through with the right support and structure. Take therapy. You can connect with me on nine two six six seven two six zero six five.
