Anxiety and weight loss
I was diagnosed with BP 2 years back and taking medication and it is under control. But I had a severe stomach upset two years back due to some outside food. after that I am facing continuous motion issues and weight loss. After several tests like endoscopy and biopsy, all type of blood tests everything is normal. There is vit  d and vit b12 deficiency. Medications are take for vit d but nothing for b12. Stool test pending. I had anxiety issues earlier and I was under medication. Now again during covid anxiety levels went up and till now I am not taking any medications for anxiety. my sleep is good not that bad. I always have a fear of some health issue in my body and pain the chest regions frequently. heart related tests have been done all normal. My query due to anxiety can I loose weight without any excercise of 70 to 62. Should I need to start anxiety treatment with medications. I always have a great fear on the weight loss due to some big disease. My appetite is good. pls help
