It sounds like you've been experiencing vertigo for quite some time and it has led to a fear of speed and difficulties with traveling in certain vehicles. It's possible that your fear of speed and travel could be related to your vertigo or could be a separate issue. Here are a few things you might consider: Consult a Healthcare Professional: If you haven't already, it's a good idea to consult with a medical professional, preferably a specialist who deals with balance disorders and vertigo. They can help assess your condition, provide a diagnosis, and recommend appropriate treatments or therapies. Therapy for Anxiety: Your fear of speed and travel could be related to anxiety that has developed as a result of your vertigo experiences. Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and exposure therapy are approaches that might help you manage these fears. A therapist can guide you through these techniques. Desensitization: Gradual exposure to the situations that trigger your fear can help desensitize you over time. For example, you might start with short car rides at low speeds and gradually increase the speed and distance as you become more comfortable. Breathing and Relaxation Techniques: Techniques such as deep breathing and progressive muscle relaxation can help you manage anxiety and reduce the physical symptoms that accompany fear. Support Groups: Joining a support group for people who experience vertigo or anxiety related to specific situations can provide you with a sense of community and understanding. Medication: Depending on the severity of your anxiety or vertigo, your doctor might discuss medication options that could help manage your symptoms. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any new medication. Mindfulness and Meditation: Practicing mindfulness and meditation can help you stay present and manage anxious thoughts related to speed and travel.
Next Steps
Remember, it's important to work with a healthcare professional to address both your vertigo and your fear of speed and travel. They can provide personalized guidance and help you develop strategies to manage these challenges. Overcoming these difficulties might take time and effort, but with the right support and tools, you can work toward feeling more comfortable and confident in various situations.

Hello I'm sorry to hear that,  but rest assured your condition has a cure. It seems from the little history you've provided that you have some anxiety disorder most likely specific phobia, we'll initiate treatment after looking for other causes and other comorbid conditions.

Hi sir, I understand your problem. It seems to be like phobic anxiety disorder. Already you are on medications.
Next Steps
1) Just close your eyes and take deep breathe for 5 times if you get more palpitations. 2) It needs repeated exposure to get out of this phobia, rather than avoiding it. 3)Continue your medications regularly Consult psychiatrist for review.
