Negative thoughts
I have had worse situations before, and I handled them in a good way. But these days I've been going through a rough time in my life where the future seems uncertain and I could hear myself thinking about these negative thoughts all the time. I don't know if it's depression or something else. I have never felt this way before. I overthink and worry too much about the scenarios that may or may not happen. This has also led me to become indecisive and create delays in making crucial decisions. I have a history of smoking, quit recently. I would not say I'm in perfect health but it's not bad.

It sounds like you're going through a challenging period in your life, and I'm here to offer some guidance. It seems that you're dealing with a high level of stress, anxiety, and uncertainty. It's not uncommon to experience these feelings, especially during times of change or when facing an uncertain future. Here are some steps you might consider taking to address your situation: Seek Professional Help: If you're feeling overwhelmed and your thoughts are interfering with your daily life, it's a good idea to consult a mental health professional. A psychologist, counselor, or psychiatrist can provide an accurate diagnosis and tailored guidance to help you manage your thoughts and feelings. Practice Mindfulness and Meditation: Mindfulness techniques and meditation can help you become more aware of your thoughts and learn to let go of unnecessary worries. Regular practice can help you stay present and reduce overthinking. Journaling: Writing down your thoughts can be a helpful way to organize your feelings and gain clarity. It can also be a productive outlet for your emotions. Set Small Goals: Instead of focusing on the uncertainties of the future, break things down into smaller, manageable goals. Achieving these smaller goals can help you feel a sense of accomplishment and control. Limit Exposure to Negative News: Excessive exposure to negative news can contribute to feelings of anxiety. Consider taking breaks from news and social media to give yourself a mental break. Physical Activity: Engaging in regular physical activity can have positive effects on your mental well-being. Exercise releases endorphins, which are natural mood lifters.
