Hello I'm sorry to hear about your problem From the brief history you've mentioned, it seems you have anxiety disorder, and the physical symptoms arise from this only.  You can try progressive muscle relaxation and also take a consultation so that appropriate treatment can be started.  I assure you you'll feel better only after 1-2wks of starting treatment.

Hello. I'm sorry about the distress you are going through. COVID has had a terrible impact on both our mental and physical health and it is quite apparent. Your stress is probably causing all of this bodily discomfort you have mentioned. I would advise you to try a relaxation technique called Jacobson's Progressive Muscle relaxation. It is very effective especially in physical symptoms of stress and the video tutorial is easily available on YouTube. If the discomfort lasts, you can visit a psychiatrist.
Next Steps
Learn and practice Jacobson's Progressive Muscle relaxation Visit a psychiatrist if needed
Health Tips
Ensure a fixed sleep schedule, reduce screen use and have healthy food
