Sleep paralysis,lucid dreams,false awake
Experience sleep paralysis daily, false awakening and lucid dreams. I am constantly awake even while I am sleeping like I aware and conscious that I am dreaming and sleeping. Sometime because of that I cannot differentiate between reality and a dream. The body is asleep, but the mind is always conscious and aware or awake. Also afraid to sleep due to sleep paralysis. What should I do?
