Problem sleeping
Hi, i am having these extreme sleep paralysis episodes. They are getting worse day by day upto the point that i can't differentiate between dream and reality anymore. I usually get 8 hours of sleep a day but once in a while these sleep paralysis episodes wake me up panicking and out of breath. And when they occur they happen 3-4 times in a row. What should i do, is there any medication?

Hi ma'am, I understand you are going through something during your sleep. However a detailed evaluation is needed to figure out what's actually wrong and hence treatment can be decided upon. It could be a sleep related disorder or anxiety issues or both. These can be managed by medications and following sleep hygiene.
