I am 54 years of age .i am suffering from serious insomnia for last one and half month.i consultrd pshytrict .he advised me citaford s clonotril and sove 5 .later i take zolfresh .though i sleep average 4 to 5 hours but i feel very nervous,anxiety heaviness in brain throughout the day and find no interest in workor anything.is this the side effect of the medicines.

For last 1 month I am having sleeping problem.i used to go bed in specific time also doing physical activity regularly.initially i woke up suddenly at 5o clock ( before 1-1.5hrs of my normal time).but now last few days i am not able to sleep properly through out the night which makes me dizzy/sleepy for the whole next day. One more thing i am also experiencing is i am having huge gas problem ( firting) this time. So can you please suggest something so that i can get rid of this problem. **Within 2months i am also going to get married.

My child is in learning in std.vth but he is not interested in study and his not behave decently also he is taking more interest to look adult pictures and scens. Pl advice.
