I was admitted to hospital several months back for gut issues and tonsillitis (mostly cause of this) and I had a bit of headpain so I told my doctor that and my parents told the doctor that I used to be sitting in one room for long hours so doctor suggested to get me checked with psychiatrist so I did some sort of testing after seeing the test result the doctor started to prescribe me with Risperidone in nights and Methylphenidate (20mg) in mornings(my main medicine which affects me which I guess is used for ADHD) and instead of it making my life better it has made it worse like after 1 hour of taking  it I do get the rise in happiness which is rising of dopamine and serotonin but after that rise most of the time I just stay at a place and feel nervous and get negative thoughts like being very deepressed and it just helps me for that short span of time and it was given so I can study but it has not helped me at all and has worsened my life do give suggestions what I should do

Can anyone suggest any medicine for period pain. It's my first day and a lot pain in my lower abdominal area.

Hello doctor I am having extreme Dizziness lightheadeness  From past 5 days along with chest pain though my ECG n chest X-ray is normal is n I have shortness of breath what is my problem???

I recently got a counseling session done with regards to depression and the tests said I have severe depression and anxiety. The doctor asked me to get a blood test done first and then visit a psychiatrist. Please let me know if I stay in jayanagar, where can I do my blood test and how much would it cost me. Thanks

I m facing Sleeping disorder.. I used to 7 8 hours but now I sleep only 2 3 hours or max. 4 5 hours. I always Feel sleepy Bt unable To sleep. Sometimes I cry without a reason, I feel no buddy is there for me, I can't Face problems now, I lost my confidence, every other day I feel I should  commit Suicide. Always feel alone. Don't like to talk about this with frnds n Fmly... I feel I m burden.. I can't do anything In life now... Pls help me.. What I do.. I m getting unimportant For everyone One

Hi. I lost my husband 4 months before. He was al one at home and it's is assumed to be cardiac arrest. Forensic reports has not yet come. M always feeling scared. Not able to sleep at night. Day time also m feeling unsecured. I have feeling that I will also die. Recently I showed to doctor n they did eco test. We came to know that I have conginital heart desease. Doctor has told it is not life threatening. Hole in heart by birth. After knowing this m still more scared. I have lost confidence. M not getting interest in anything. How do I come out of fear?

I feel mentally slow, slow in reacting, slow in grasping things, slow in responding and comprehension.. I have been taking flunil 20 mg 1 capsule daily for last 6 years for my depression.. Is this the reason why I am slow, should I stop taking flunil 20 mg?

(Reposting this due to typo errors) I am looking for marriage councelling for my father. He mentally abuses my mother and me and has crossed our patience level after going through such abuse for long period. He is self-centered and egoistic and doesn't respect my mother or me in public/ private. Need urgent guidance that can be given to HIM so that he can understand how his behavior is impacting me and my mother's life. I tried looking for marriage counsellors in Practo App located in West Delhi near by Tilak Nagar area but was unsuccessful. Hence posting this question for guidance and any doctors leads who we can reach out nearby our location. HELP!! 😢 P.S. Looking for on-site consultation since online consultation my father will not take seriously hence we wish to take him to counsellor physically.

Doctor gave me dosulepin 25 thrice a day is this a good medicine for general anixity disorder please tell me???
