My son is 25 years old and diagnosed with somnambulism last week. He is a college student and has had no such symptoms in the past. What are the causes of somnambulism? We are not understanding what could have caused this to him? Will this problem keep increasing with age or over time?

I am a 35 year old corporate job male, with complaints of walking at night sometimes since the last 2 months, as noticed by my family. A known person told me this is somnambulism. So wanted to know what are the somnambulism symptoms? What effect can it have on my body and health further other than walking in sleep? Does this worsen?

I suffered Panic attack in June 2018, since then I have been having a lot of anxiety. Though I have now not had a panic attack now but I have been facing lot of fear, anxiety in doing daily tasks. Does exercise help in stopping the fear and will the medication ever stop and will I be normal again. Also before June 2018 I have never had Panic attack. I have also been diagnosed with type 2 fatty liver.
