Anyone who can consult on call for friend suffering from mental illness who stays out of Mumbai on urgent basis..

I feel fear when ever i see towards people  and i feel others may thiking bad about me and my facial expressions continuosly changing

I am unable to concentrate on anything. I feel sleepy all the time. I don't want to wake up. I fail to find happiness in anything. Actually I have issue with my mother in law. I just cannot stand her. But I don't have any other option. She lives with us. I have a 8 months old daughter and I feel she is suffering because of my bad mental state. Please help me a way out. Should I go for medication?

My friend is suffering from severe head pain for past 2 months... they took MRI scan the result is clear... but my friend head pain never gets stoppded... she is criying daily due to pain... please give any remedy... or any medication or any treatment suggestion.. in chennai.. thank you.. hope get reply soon

I am a 30 year old married lady with complaints of somnambulism symptoms since 3 months. Hence I wish to know is there any treatment for somnambulism? If yes, are the effects permanent and long lasting? Are there any other side-effects of the treatment? How do I go about with the treatment?

I am in serious condition of insomnia.though i taking medice zolfresh 10 mg and contril 5 at bed time i manage to sleep 4 to 5 hours but next morning i feel depression nervous ,heaviness in brain. I am taking medicine for last 40 days.Is these for side effect of medicines.my wife and daughter very anxious.i am diabetic my sugarlevel too very high though i taking insulin.i have cataract in my left eye. It is also worsen day by day.what can i do please advice

I an looking for on call consultation for my friend who stays out of mumbai... Online or web consultation would not be sufficient since she is already consulting a physiatrist in her area which is not helping her much because of the high dose prescribed by the doctor there.. She wants to give a second opinion since she is unable to feel active or happy because of the high dose of medicines prescribed to her... She requires assistance on an immediate basis..anyone who can assist with on call consultation or counseling would be great...
