Always having negative thoughts
Actually I am a very happy person and dont care about anything be very cool and positive. But now I always used to fear for everything that happens around me that makes me feel abnormal and get very nervous,stressed... If somebody has dead I used to think that something is going to happen for me also the same way I think for everything. I have a habit of over thinking that too only negative thoughts I tried to overcome this problem but I am not able to. Also I fear lot only in night so that i am not able sleep happily and peacefully something strange is going to happen is what my mind keeps on thinks. I wanted to change my thoughts, be more positive and get rid of my fear completely

Everyone goes through a changes due to personal, professional, lifestyle, environment and many other factors and react to those changes differently. You may be taking them deeper due to some past experiences or opinions and expressing  more emotional in your mind. Just observe and analyze what's happening around you in the recent times. Is  job related pressure or relationship issues or lifestyle changes triggering some fear or Insecurity? Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counseling the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.
