I am so sorry to hear that you’re going through this—it sounds like a really challenging situation. It’s understandable that constant blame and a new environment can feel overwhelming and lead to overthinking and negative thoughts. Adjusting to a new family dynamic after marriage can take time, and the lack of sleep is likely adding to your stress and anxiety. Your feelings are valid, and it’s important to prioritize your mental well-being. I’d recommend focusing on small steps to create boundaries and self-care practices that work for you. If you’d like, we can explore ways to help you process these emotions, reduce overthinking, and improve your sleep and mental health. You’re not alone in this, and with the right support, things can get better

This is Dr Charuta, Homeopathic Psychiatrist & Counsellor Hello, greetings to you! It seems like you are facing issues with adapting to the new family & feeling emotionally burdened due to the transition. What you are facing is a pattern of obsessive Negative thinking, where the subconscious anxiety or emotional dts regulation can cause insecurities regarding self or others surface to the conscious. It’s important to remediate this before the problem escalates making your day to day functioning difficult. You have already taken the first step, by verbal using your need for help. Now it’s time to act on the same. It’s already been 9-10 months that your system is fighting this & coping. Your sleep, mood & general well being needs to be tended to as well. What you need is therapeutic management as well as some Talk therapy after your mind is in a calmer state to seek the counselling advice. Only Counselling won’t help as this is a thought disorder. As you are young, you may be worried about the side effects of allopathic psychiatric medication. In that case, Homeopathy is best. It’s a holistic approach, gentle yet effective line of treatment. And I’m also a Counsellor, so whenever you feel ready, u can also start with Counselling sessions as need be
