I am able to understand your situation. If its troubling you for more than 2 years now, you might be suffering from prolonged depressive symptoms. However more clarity is needed regarding your problems. How is your concentration at whatever you do? I would be more than happy to help you handle your issues better. It is easily manageable. Some counselling and if needed medical help might be useful for you.
