Hello doctor off late I have been going through a lot of tension at work and at home and also because of the mood swings that I am having because of my fluctuating sugar levels. I am 54 years of age .i am suffering from serious insomnia for last one and half month.i consultrd pshytrict .he advised me citaford s clonotril and sove 5 .later i take zolfresh .though i sleep average 4 to 5 hours but i feel very nervous,anxiety heaviness in brain throughout the day and find no interest in workor anything.is this the side effect of the medicines.
