It has become very common that i get thoughts like this, if i am riding my scooty i get scared that i might get into an accident and die. In other scenarios also i feel like i might die. Please help.

Hi I am 35 years old Male. I have severe anxiety & depression, severe procrastination, social anxiety. With courage i started medicines a psychiatrist. He suggested 3 medicines s-celepra 5mg, lonazep md 0.5, etizolam 0.25 mg. I started medicines for 20 days but i had seen severe side effects of these medicine which is chronic constipation. Then i stopped medicine & asked psychiatrist about the solution. And psychiatrist is very rude. I want a second opinion with another psychiatrist. I want to get out of this by medicines only at least 70 percent. Iam telling this because i cant afford psychotherapy sessions & cbt. I want to get rid from this problem completely. Please reply what can i do. Iam scared to go to another psychiatrist. Because my first psychiatrist whom i consulted was very bad. His behaviour with patient is very bad. Please suggest good psychiatrist who listen properly & treat patient calmly.

I am suffering from chronic MDD and I want to stop it badly. But I hear that no treatment is available anywhere as the subject is still under study :( Would you provide some help?

I am suffering from very bad mental depressed though I am taking medicine Venus xr 75 x 3,lithosun 400mg, naxito 5mg x 2,etizolam .5mg x 3 but sometimes my mind becomes very worst, please advise me any medicine to reduce sad mind with unknown fear. Thank you.

I am very energetic and happy at night but I feel very guilty hopelessness and sad depressed in a morning and during whole day but little. My cleft palate surgery had done at age of 11 months. I am doing bsc in hotel management now. I was in depression in the year 2015. And since 2017 I am taking duvanta and pari credit 12.5 medicines by doctor prescription. But when I started feeling good I stopped medicines without doctor advise. Now I face mood swings. And it's affecting my studies and daily activities and all. I am a good student I passed SSC with 91 percentage then I went to science for 11 th but I dropped out because of depression then I went to arts but didn't attend then I have done diploma in DJ and passed HSC as a private candidate with 82 percentage in arts. Now I don't know what should I do? When I am happy I feel I can do anything but when I feel sad I feel I can't do anything anymore. Please suggest me what should I do?

I am suffering from general anixity disorder doctor gave me fluoxetine syrup but doctor gave me  piroxicam injection for neck cramp I thing these both medicine interact each other...???m

I was on a course of pexep cr 25 mg for 8 months. Symptoms subsided. There was a relapse after 3 months. I'm currently on second course of pexep cr 25 mg and mirtaz 7.5 mg. How do I taper these off?

How should confirm if I have one? Is medication or therapy necessary? Whom should I consult? How to deal with an extreme emotional episode?

Today, I accidentally broke my mercury thermometer. The liquid mercury drops rolled in the floor. I collected then with bare hands and throw them away. Then I washed my hands with a small amount of water and eat my food. I didn't wash my hands  with soap . Maybe some amount of mercury entered my stomach. Will anything happen to me? Will my brain get damaged.? I am a student and I am in great tension .Will I lose my memory power?

I m not getting sleep from last 8 days. I m having stress . I want to sleep. Always time I m crying due to some fear.
