My doctor had prescribed pexep cr for anxiety and depression, at night , but I don't get sleep when I take it at night, can any one help me  what to do for sleep? My symptoms are lack of interest in activity, and no future orientation even I try I can't.

I have been experiencing buzzing sound in both my ears since 1 week . I use earphones most of the time approx 8 hrs daily. With moderate sound. It's very irritating. I am unable to concentrate on my studies. The hearing sensitivity has increased . Also some times I was hearing my ear nerves/pulse too. What should I do , will it go away by on its own, or I should seek medical advice.

I am suffering from general anixity disorder doctor gave me fluoxetine syrup 5 ml for 5 days then twice a day is this a good medicine for anixity disorder

I want to change and purify my thoughts because I strongly believe that immoral tendency is hidden in every one. when I realised this fact, I feel that if everything is not going well, then I may tend to do things immorally and unethically in the future, so , this thoughts distracting me from my regular work, because i want to be moral, ethical and stable minded in any situation.Hence i want to take professional help in this regard.

I suffer from inferiority complex for 12 years.I always get the feeling that there is something wrong in me. I donot tend to  socialise with friends , relatives much. I feel that this is the biggest obstacle and  want to overcome . Kindly give me necessary support.

, am facing lack of interest in any activity not able to plan, their is no future orientation, I wanted to study but their is no motivation or pleasure to do , my friends are going ahead I also wanted to go but I can't, I can't think of my future, don't know why, before I was having anxiety of own death, that anxiety has been reduced, but I can't set my goal, I just to office and come back this is what is going,its affecting my relationship, can u tell me what happened to me? Am on pexep cr 25 tab, Is this medicine is safe , before I was on nexito 20 tab but that didn't help?

I am not able to sleep, always thinking about business, can suggest me good sleep and healthy, and I want to quit smoke

What is adhd? What is its link to debon z? What disease does it treat? Is it harmful...

I feeel i am depressed..basically i am nervous always for past 5 yrs..i am shy less confident very silent and not intrested in any activity..can i change through this by consulting a psychologist or psychiatrist ..pls suggest me a good option

Its about my mom. She has changes in her behaviour. she's angry all the time , she blames everybody for everything and also pretty superstitious, she believes someone "cursed" our family with "with black magic" and she's spending money to get rid off the "curse". She's also getting rid off things in the house saying we don't need that but those things are pretty fine. I don't know what to do. Please help me!
