Bupropion doctor prescribed me at night.. Usually all adhd medicine are taken at morning.. When will bupropion will take to get beat effect

I strongly sense that my partner has a narcissistic personality disorder. How do I convince him to seek treatment without enraging him?

So about a month ago I hyperventilated twice, both of which felt like near death experiences. Ever since then, I have dealt with anxiety and now I am constantly aware of everything and become afraid of things that may seem out of place. Everyday I think about death now and I am constantly worried I'm going to die by something. I don't want to keep living like this. I can calm myself down but the thoughts of dying are constantly in my head. Any suggestions on what I can do to help stop being paranoid?

We have an electric water pump/motor which draws water to our water tank. Can I bath while the motor is in on position. Can I touch the water by keeping the switch of the electric motor on? Will I get an electric shock?

I am depressed from last year.wherever i am , in home in hostel in college anywhere i feeled depressed all of the time.

When i started working i gained some weight, due to that i feel very conscious while taking pictures.In some cameras i look huge while in others its normal.I dont feel comfortable in my own self, i dont look at my pictures also.I knew camera adds some weight but i am trying alot to loose weight.But it remains the same.I was never like this before.

Dear Madam, We observed that my daughter behaviour is just like in fluctuations, She will behave normally some times, suddenly we don't she will go into moody or sulking behaviour. And we will be very kind & pleased to her for a long time, even though she don't come in to normal condition. She just throws out our hands, shouts & cries not to touch her, we don't know what's happening to her. We have shifted to my hometown before 9months and her behaviour is like this from almost 4months, but now a days she is behaving like that for more time.
