I'm feeling depressed lately and low on confidence. I sense something like fear in my heart. And severe headache. Lack of sleep. Lack of appetite. I'm feeling alone and my world is collapsing. This is a crucial time for my career. But I lack confidence. I'm not active. I think I'm loosing my weight too. I feel that everyone is pointing at me. I don't know what I'm doing and I don't know where my life is going. I feel like my life's over.

I always have negative thoughts that something will happen to me...I have heart problem or some big problem...Though everything is checked still always thinking all this...

I hate everyone and everything around me. My job, my life, my phone, my husband, my family my choices that other make for me and how I don't know who I am. I have no idea who I am. I just feel like my existence is of no use and is just pain for me and people connected to me. I just fell like I should disappear and maybe die so that al least other people can be happy without me . I need help I don't want to be like this. I can't even talk to anyone about anything. I get angry very quick and sometimes for no reason.

My food not digest stomach become heavy after every meal and gas pass many to.e. I have done all blood, CBC, thyroid,iron, lipid, urine, vitamin d , etc and endoscopy all are negative but I relief two times pan it empty stomach in morning and evening. Current medicine neupride 50 mg, pan it two times, free go powder two times after morning a d evening meal, why endoscopy does not show gas. Whitout endoscopy positive response no gastro prescribe gas medicine why.

I am taking feliz s 10mg , tolaz dt 10mg n rivotril 0.25mg per day. My depression n anxiety disappeared after 1 month of treatment. How long should i take these i have gained 5 kgs

Hi, I'm myself a doctor, diagnosed with depression and on treatment with SSRI and clonazepam for 7 months... I already told my psychiatrist about my issue with dermatillomania...he added propranolol-10mg... But still i dont get rid of symptoms of this condition...but otherwise am mentally health and have much improvement...now im in a state unable to meet my psychiatrist...since am out of station till the end of this month... kindly suggest me some treatment... thank you
