Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. You loose focus or concentration when you overthink and preoccupy our mind with many past worries or fears about future . So in this process you tend to forget the present!!!. Such behavior is a symptom of anxiety. Be positive. You can overcome this with a professional help.
