My brother is on antipsychotic medications which include Haloperidol , Clozapine , Trihexphenydil , Trancodol and lorazepam He is having fever and headache. Is paracetamol safe to give with these drugs ? And what else should we give ?

My son suffering from fear. one day we went to departmental store and drunk water.my son poured water into refrigirator hole.after he said i done mistake.i pored water into the hole so electric fire start and total mall firing.he said many times like that. and onother day he said devil is inside me and i have fear like that.now he is ok.but some time he behaves likw that.why?
