3 days back my sister son has died..My sister is suffering too much and mentally upsetted bcos she is only hav one son..And am also suffering and upsetted plz suggest me how can i relax???

I am in IT industry. I am doing good at workplace, but I think I am at a place now, where I need someone like mentor to guide me in my professional journey. A friend of mine suggested that if I am not able to find any mentor, I can go for therapists as well. Can someone please suggest which stream should I look for, like psychotherapist or psychologist? I am not very much aware about the difference.

For anxiety disorder consulted psychiatrist. He prescribed clonazepam 0.5 mg I took it for 2 years. In last three months I was asked to withdraw it by tapering prescribing Daxid 50 mg and Mirtaz 7.5 mg Now I am taking 0.25 mg alternately every third day. I am having rapid breathing, inhale breathing difficulty and bloated stomach from 25 days. An experienced psychiatrist to advise.

Any way to cure this naturally?..Having ocd of googling various disease such as brain tumor,gerd,cardiac arrest,flu etc..

Hi I am 17 years old male. I have been suffering from severe headache for 8 to 9 months. It is always on right side of head. Now it is on the right back of head near the right ear. From last 1 month I m forgetting my memories. Now I don't remember what happened yesterday. When I wake up in the morning my head starts ache. Please tell me which disorder's symptoms are these?

Around 7 years ago my mom had a accident and both of her legs from the knee had to be operated and now she is using the prosthetics and very recently she had a heart attack and doctors have installed the pacemaker in her body.Now she is at home but she is having a lot of worries and tension and due to that she can't sleep and almost crying in every words.I don't know what to do in this situation.please help me.
