How to get out of depression alone
I have suffered huge losses in business due to a tender rejection. I have lost almost everything I don't wish to be with anyone. Nor do I wish to go out anywhere. I am 32 year of age male. Currently staying alone in another home. Please tell me how to get out of depression alone?

Hello practo user I can understand the difficult situation that you are currently facing in your life . The crisis that you are going through in your business aspect is contributing to your mental and physical health as well. It is suggested that you practice deep breathing exercises and pranayam on a regular basis  . Try and engage yourself in various activities with your close friends and family members as isolation will lead to more issues . You can also go for regular walks or exercises as it will keep you healthy physically and mentally as well. It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for a better understanding of your past history and formulation of a treatment plan through regular counselling sessions. So first follow stress management techniques and therapies to bring down yourself and mind to calm or steady state. Handling loneliness and to face life are obviously difficult... I suggest you to consult a psychologist for a professional support to understand it and to overcome it better.
