Feeling low
I have developed anger issues recently. I don't feel like talking to people. I have no one to talk to about my feelings. I feel very low and have no one to connect with emotionally. I feel really frustrated due to this. I even fight a lot with my partner since he doesn't give me attention and that hurts a lot.i feel really low the whole day and even face problems in interacting with new people so I feel difficult to adjust in office as well. I have a lonely feeling,this end up crying most of the time. Suggest me a suitable solution.

Hello practo user I can understand the difficult situation that you are going through in your life right now. It seems that you are a sensitive person and since you are unable to share your feelings and that can be contributing to the anger outbursts. You can try and practice deep breathing techniques and meditation to calm your thoughts. Try and speak to close family members or even friends , engage yourself in different activities to keep your mind occupied . Try and maintain a diary in which you can mention 3 positive events of the day . It is suggested that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for an in-depth case history and formulation of a personalized treatment plan through regular psychotherapy sessions.
