Hello, These might be symptoms of anxiety disorder. Anxiety symptoms are free floating i.e., it can occur any time of the day. Worries about future misfortunes, difficulty in concentrating, restlessness, trembling, inability to relax, headache,body pain, sweating, increased heart beat, dry mouth, etc can be present in anxiety disorder. Once better you will be able to handle your social and occupational life quite well.

Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, dizziness etc are signs of anxiety. These can be debilitating. If the anxiety is overwhelming, consult a Psychiatrist at the earliest. With the right medication and counseling, it is likely your symptoms will improve.
