Chest burn, high heart rate, numbness
20 yr old girl, studying in college and working side by side. I'm a photographer. So recently especially at night and in the morning I feel a sort of chest burn and my feet have this burning feeling and numbness. And my heart rate is slightly on the higher side. I'm generally happy but then I feel Incomplete Worried unsatisfied Empty

Very often the symptoms you experience are temporary and owing to some stress. Once you are able to deal with your stress issue, your psychosomatic symptoms will disappear... Hence just introspect what disturbed you so much, cut the cord and move ahead

These are normal ups and downs of life For heart burn you should change your life style abit Don't eat outside much, no to preserved and packed food, don't sit immediately after eating, take dinner 2 hours before you sleep, don't take carbonated drinks, take fruits n vegetables fresh, quit alcohol and smoking if you have habit of it
