Chest burn, high heart rate, numbness

These are normal ups and downs of life
For heart burn you should change your life style abit
Don't eat outside much, no to preserved and packed food, don't sit immediately after eating, take dinner 2 hours before you sleep, don't take carbonated drinks, take fruits n vegetables fresh, quit alcohol and smoking if you have habit of it
