Sleeping Disorder
I am not being able to sleep the whole night, and having Extremly bad sleeping state.. I hardly sleep for 3 4 hours a Day...! Is there anyway i can get some suggestion..!

Hello practo user I can understand the difficult situation that you are currently facing in your life right now . It seems that there is some stressful situation in your life personal or professional which may be causing these sleep disturbances. It is suggested that you practice deep breathing techniques and guided meditation on a regular basis to calm your thoughts . Before going to sleep follow these steps -- take a warm shower, drink some relaxing tea or warm milk , reduce your phone time at night , avoid taking your work to bed . Go for regular walks and maintain a healthy diet . It is suggested that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for an indepth understanding and treatment for your problems . If you are unable to sleep properly, it could be due to various reasons... I suggest you to consult a psychologist, to discuss those various reasons and to get a clarity to overcome this issue.
