Nexito forte is a combination of 2 medications in one tablet form.combination of antidepressant and benzodiazepine. Benzodiazepines are addictive medication, It is advised to be used only on short term basis. Nexito contains only antidepressant which is not addictive.
Next Steps
Consult your own psychiatrist if you are still worried as they know you better

Both are different as nexito forte contains 0.5 mg of clonazepam which is a Benzodiazepine and is an anxiolytic along with Escitalopram 10 mg which is the only content in nexito 10 mg. Benzodiazepine s have a tendancy to develop dependence and probably to avoid that your psychiatrist has judiciously reduced the clonazepam component of the medicine.
