How to quit Weed
I have been smoking weed for about 1.5 years now ,although there are breaks in continuity but now for almost 6 months i have been smoking daily . It started initially with low frequency (say once or twice in a week ) and it gradually increases and for 6 months i have been smoking daily. i quitted weed formerly also and faced withdrawl symptoms like severe anxiety and headache , low energy , lack of interest. I consulted physchitrist and had medications for 5 months . its all set back to normal then again i started smoking. I am in fear now how to handle withdrawl symptoms . i do a job in IT . Please comment how to start.
