Sir actually I forget or its like memory loss don't know but the names and things etc  suddenly then after a while it comes to my mind I don't know why

Sir/ Madam My friend had a series of breakups in his past and right now he is working in a construction firm. He was very energetic and interesting guy but from past 3 years I am noticing a drastic change in his behaviour. He has gradually lost interest in everything. He had keen interest in music and he used to sing alot. He was very talkative. And most alarming is he is forgetting everything. His boss told me he is forgetting the task which was assigned to him. He fails to remember the name of the person he met last night. Even, whatever he ate at breakfast he can't answer when i ask him. But he remembers long past memories of 20years back incidents. He is not able to concentrate and gets easily irritated and behaves like mad. He cannot control his anger. He was a addict of alcohol and cigarettes. He used to smoke like 20cigarettes a day for nearly 3years and he is still continuing. I told him to consult doctor even, but he is reluctant. He don't have self harm tendency.

I've got panic attack last week. I took newcita 10mg for 2 days one tablet each day. Now iam feeling different and not able to sleep properly. Please advice me.

I can't able to sleep at night please give me some remedies for this problem I am facing this problem from 3 days

Hello Sir/Mam, This from past 2 year i am facing problem for aniexty..Its like l am all time feeling weekness, negative thoughts, fearness, depreccion. I always ki..mere sath kuch ho raha he kya ..me gir jaunga kya...aur pasina anna chalu ho jata he...checked bp also..bt everytime its come normal...urin test also done...but now a days sytemps comes through my stomech issue...always stomech full tight n gastric problem...so fearness come with same issue..i have also done endoscopy also..it was some infection...so medicine course also completed...Not exactly inderstanding where is .main problem..

My sister is suffering from prolonged time depression as she had a breakup with her boyfriend and she never eat any food,never talk with anyone always stay upset mind and having full of suicidal thoughts, yesterday afternoon she took almost 15 saridon tablets by once and we took her to the hospital and currently under observation.So how to make her cure from her love sick depression as her boyfriend don't love her more,so dear Sir kindly suggest me what to do as we all are in a big tension for her.she always wanted to suicide that's y she took 15 tabs together.Thank you sir/mam waiting for valuable answer

I'm sad all the time or angry or Crying for no reason I feel sad and there's pain in my chest when I'm angry too much or crying sometimes I'm not able to breathe

I'm having too much anger issues. I get angry within a second and I try to control it as much as Possible but when I'm angry my brain just stops working. I take random decisions. I do yoga and meditation everyday still I can't control it. Can you Please help me with this?

Doctor, I am 26 yrs old, IT professional. Due to the National Lock down, my sleeping pattern has changed. I am starting at 2-3am and waking up at 11-12pm daily, I want to regularise and bring back to my normal routine So can I take melatonin supplement for this ? How much mg I can use? And for how much days I can take this please suggest.

We have been married for 4 years and having a baby ... 3 years old . She took care of him all the days . Sometimes she feel tension , anger and depression over us. And also she feel tiredness and sweating with tension .No thyroid prblm and bp also normal . Today I made online counselling but doctor said need to take blood test cbc b12 etc . But due to lockdown I can't get any blood test to be done as soon . So please someone can provide some medication for depression and insomnia . Later I can get the report .
